How we help

Design and Build 

We have successfully collaborated with Glenn Murdoch at Theca Architecture on a number of occasions, the link to their website gives an indication of their amazing work. Glenn personally visits your chosen site and will design the house to fit the land and your preferences. 

We also enjoy working with architects who are new to us and relish a good challenging build. Getting the builders involved at an earlier rather than later stage is always an advantage and we can be on hand for advice and ideas from the beginning.

GeoBuilders have recently built a 3 bedroom holiday home for us at Castle Hill.For us, having a good working relationship with our builders with strong two way communication and a collaborative approach to jointly solving issues was key and GeoBuilders achieved that.

They provided a stress free experience and built within the predicted time schedule. They stayed to budget and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out well, even fitting the washing machine, dry and other appliances we'd bought for us. We have been very impressed with the quality of their service and their workmanship and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We love our new home and would definitely look to use GeoBuilders for any other housing projects.
